3. Print-On-Demand Products

Some products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers.

Once an order is placed, production begins quickly. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be modified after processing begins.
• Slight color or design variations may occur due to printing processes.

4. Payment

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooPayments.

We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on product type and fulfillment partner.

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Refunds & Returns

Because many items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse

However, we will replace items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Digital Product “No Refund” Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales for digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including journal designs, card layouts, and logos, are the property of Caliber Motivation Co. and are for personal use only. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from misuse of products

All products are used at your own discretion.
